Simply Fantanstic serviceI came by Mansour and his team through searching on the web and though why not, Turn's out it was the best decision for finding my house and learning everything related to getting my house, As a first home buyer, I was scared as the market is very difficult and also getting the best possible loan for me was impossible without countless hours of work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and really appreciate what he has done for me.

A steady guide for uncertain timesWe engaged Mansour Soltani as a broker midway through 2021 during times of increasing restrictions. This is important to raise early because COVID restrictions impacted all parts of the purchasing process - from the banks to inspections and everywhere in between.Despite the difficulties of engaging remotely, Mansour was able to offer a highly active and personal touch during a process which can certainly be stressful at the best of times.I cannot speak highly enough about Mansour's attention to detail, engagement and knowledge of both the process and the current marketing offerings which he conveyed clearly and always with his friendly nature which became the hallmark of the process.As a first home buyer, there was certainly a reasonable amount of 'peace of mind' assurances that were sought throughout the process and Mansour was always quick to address and assuage any concerns which arose throughout the process which spanned delayed settlements, cooling-off periods and both specific and general queries about the lender and the process.I could not have asked for more throughout the process and would recommend Mansour Soltani to any prospective home buyer.

In my experience, Mansour has been very professional and reliable. From the start, Mansour promptly provided information on suitable lenders and discussed with me the pros and cons for each option. Throughout the process, Mansour has been in touch on a regular basis, guided me through the pitfuls and provided advice on dealing with the lenders. Level of service has been above expectation in that he would go above and beyond to manage my anxieties through the process, whether it be presenting questions to the lenders solicitors or gathering information outside of normal office hours including Saturday and Sunday evenings and running through the complexities of the financials. Well recommended!
